Honestly...it's like having a rave in an oven...hotter, sweatier, and stickier than having a rave in a wider area...I've never actually done fursuit yiff..but I know from experience..fursuits are very hot..(school mascot, no ventilation...)

I think it has to do with being different and not being afraid to show it... Like gay pride...some people might be gay or furry, but they're afraid to show it to the public because of opinion... Being able to loudly proclaim "Hey everyone! I'm furry" or do things like walk around in a fursuit...

I feel a bit embarrassed now... *folds down ears* I'm a new fur...I dunno if I wanna become a lifestyler or just a hobbyist yet.. I'm not a fetishist...but, I will look at art if it's drawn well..

A person who is obsessed with Japanese culture, art, fashion, language, etc. They're obviously not of Japanese decent, but they act like they are. Very different from an otaku, who's only a hardcore fan of anime and all things having to do with anime.
