True, move the gays and lesbians after they turn 18 and have anybody of the opposite gender being in the district a class A felony.

Actually I wouldn't be mean about it, I'd let people be gay and I'd let them adopt gay kids, get married to each other and anti-discrimination, I'd just have the gay dudes and lesbians on different continents cause if they tried to start a war I'd stop sending gay...
Well in all likely hood the immune people would have immune children, but if it wasn't then along with all the conquered countries I'd move all the men on one continent and all the women clear across the globe.
