Yeah now that I think about it, there probably is close to 190,000. Normally the fandom grows around 6% a year, this year completely screwed up my formula.

Last year there was a shit-ton of new furries, more than regular, I don't know why they all joined, those poor people.

Around 2002 there was ~25,000 furries and in 2007 ~100,000 furries so right now in-between 130,000 and 150,000 furries but then again FA has 200,000 active users, not sure how many of them aren't furries though so going considering how many FA users there are in between 130,000 and 200,000, but...

The people who sell furry porn are fairly normal, cause they're in it for the money. The furries who get off only on yiff worry me.

That's why furries should just let con staff talk to them, you know for opening ceremonies they should say "look when the media gets here, let us handle it, we're trained for this".
