You are talking about a fantasy world here. There is no answer as it would all be in the mind of the creator. For example... Zootopia could have had animals that had no species pejudice. The "racism" was just a vehicle to carry the plot. just as the stereotyping of the different species...

Some portions of this site are pretty dated. I'm a printer in RL. Literature is a tough market to be "popular" in. People like instant gratification which is why art is so prevelant here. I have done a bit of writing myself at times. I am thinking of doing more soon.

I seriously doubt you will find an"oversized" wig. You might consider combining two wigs. Does it have to be white? If not, a lot of times wigs show up at thrift stores for next to nothing. Cute fursuit. Lots of personality.
