    Is No Nut November a Requirement?

    Is it wrong to not partake in No Nut November? I understand what its purpose is -- to teach us how to better cope with stress and raise awareness for Prostate Cancer -- but the social media I have been visiting are making me think it's a crime if I don't participate.
