Terms of Service

  • Please understand I have the right to accept or decline any commission depending on the situation.
  • You may contact me to ask how your commission is going, or if you would like to have a preview. However, you may not push me to hurry or work faster.
  • Specifics of what you would like will be really appreciated!
  • Normally, jobs take me from a week to a month. If the work is very complex or I need more time, you will be duly notified.
  • Upon completing the work, I deliver a link with 2 files to download. One in web quality and one in print quality. I do not deliver original files.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
  • Payment is in advance.
  • Payments are through Paypal only!
  • I will not begin to work until full payment is received.
  • I have the right to charge extra for difficult or very detailed characters.
  • Full refunds will be given if I haven’t started to work yet or if I haven’t completed my work. Otherwise, I will only issue a partial refund if there is a reason to.
