I get sick when I'm stressed. About 3 years ago I was so stressed that it affected me physically and I went down with a bad virus on top of the stress.

I grew up eating dirt, so I'm basically immune to everything, hell I think virus run away from me at some point.

I'm just weak in the nose, if I get a strong flu, it's last like 1-3days of shivering fever and then it goes away like nothing, but the nose...since sinusitis is a bitch, my nose keeps clogged for 1-2weeks.

I used to get sick frequently in school, although the only times i've thrown up in the past few years was either easter chocolate binge or alcohol related.

If we define sick as "not being able to go to work"? About 2 years ago was probably the last time I guess.
I've head a few shitty weekends in between but other than that I haven't been sick in a long time.

I came, I saw, I lagged out
I seem to get sick once per winter, either in December, or January, and then I'm fine for the rest of the year. Only other issue is that I've been developing seasonal allergies for half the year, which sucks, thank goodness for 2nd gen antihistamines.

Especially when you're little and your parents tell you to have a hot bath just after you've gorged yourself, there was so much chocolate eveywhere...

Everyday! Well I tend to get nauseated whenever I get stressed and lately I am so stressed trying to endure my parents' bullshit. They lie to me and treat me like a scapegoat. My mom is one of those people who thinks that if she did not indeed to hurt my feelings, than I'm the one in the wrong for finding it that way. She also tends to lie to me about how I appear to other people and when I ask the people in question if they truly said that and they deny it, then they were lying to avoid hurting my feelings. My mom also thinks I have Borderline Personality Disorder and refuses to accept the fact that a LOT of my depression and frustration is caused by her. She claims I am "scapegoating" her. I have clear memories of her saying some very hurtful things to me but clearly not remembering them or calming they never happened and I am remembering them wrong or that I "dreamed" them. I was physically abused by my father and often threatened by him that he would punch my teeth out but my mom claims it only happened once or that it was my fault he abused me. I would think that "You don't hit girls" would especially apply to a father to his daughter, but in my dad's case it didn't and when he did threaten or actual abuse me, it wasn't anything I was doing on purpose. My mom still thinks "tantrum" and "autistic meltdown" are synonymous with each-other and half the time my dad would throw me into walls was when I was in an autistic meltdown. I don't know what's up or down when I'm around my parents and am just trying not to piss them off and it's exhausting.

I haven't had the flu or anything in at least 6 years. However I do get "sick" everytime I take a pill, get a shot, or have my period. Who needs to get sick if you have the symptoms guaranteed every month (more if you try to get rid of the pain through medicine). It hasn't been bad recently cause of the shot but the shot makes me "sick" soooooo..... At least my reactions have been getting better with it.

Back at my country, at least once a year, always during winter.

Though after I came here, season became irrelevant regarding falling ill. Instead, a long distance train trip, especially from el Jadida to Fes as a standing passenger, almost guarantees sickness. But the old medina is so worth it....

Parents have a few photos of me from when I was covered in sewage from playing in septic fields as a tiny creature.

Nowadays, I never get sick, save for bouts of food poisoning. And that's because I eat raw everything.

Not as much as I used to, hilarious considering I work with small children that are notorious for being plague-ridden here (one class gets strep throat as often as a chick gets her period, and another class have 6 kids call out one after another with fevers of over 104, vomiting and diarrhea). Something big like that hits and it barely gets me.

When I do get sick though, it's agony. I got strep for the first time two years ago and I was ill for a week. It was three days before my fever finally went down.

Not very often these days, I'll maybe feel 'under the weather' every 3-5 months--> but that lasts for maybe a day. Years ago, more in primary school, I'd feel iffy more than now but again, wouldn't last passed a few days. I'm definitely not a health-nut, don't take meds or immune boosters and I spend a lot of time partying out of my mind, hiking or gaming. My most recent issues stem from food-poisoning more than anything else.

/No complaints here :p

most of the time when i get sick is when i mow the lawn and my allergies get messed up from the pollen, but i only mow a few times during the summer and i rarely get an actual sickness such as virus and bacteria.

My liver's pretty messed up, so about once every 3 or 4 months I get week-long sober hangovers, and thanks to no longer having my gallbladder I end up dealing with gastrointestinal armageddon every time I eat good (fatty/greasy/spicy) food...other than that, not too often really.
