($55+) Holiday Pic, Dragon/UT OC, SFW

Hi there, I'm looking to get something done for the Christmas Holiday for a friend of mine as a gift. Not looking for anything overly complex, but I have an image in my mind. His character is a small boss monster, who would be riding my 'sona's shoulders, in little Santa hats, with maybe a few small details like snowflakes thrown in. Image doesn't have to be more than just from the waist up.

I did find someone, but it's now been more than a week since I've heard from them, so I'm assuming things did not proceed.
