Ability to move, remove and otherwise declutter userpage.

Just something I have noticed is that our userpages are very cluttered, or perhaps my minimalistic tendensies are just in overdrive - but if we could have the ability to add, remove, move some of the panels (ie: favourites, watched by/is watching, submissions) that would be awesome!
