Anniversary artwork for my mates ($250 budget)

My budget is $250 and I am more then willing to spend it all and would actually rather spend the whole amount and get my monies worth out of the artwork. Looking for full digital paintings, anthro characters and adult themes involved.

The details:

-3 characters (poly relationship)
-two females, one male.
-will be our Elder scrolls online characters, so two khajit(anthro cat people) and an orc
-dom female, submissive males
-BDSM themes welcome but not necessary
-Looking for a detailed background as well

Our anniversary is August 20th so I would like it done before then

I am looking for something very detailed, very well done and professional. Willing to even up my budget if required I want some top quality smut.

Will include reference images (full 360 views in nude and in clothing) when I pick an artist.

I could do what you ask for although I like tasteful nudes better than straight out smut.

What you describe would be around $250 (maybe a little more if the background turned out to be very complex). I take payment in tow stages though.

Hi there, I love Elder Scrolls too so I'd love to be given the opportunity to do this if you like my work. I need more complex commissions in my portfolio and this would be just perfect! :)
For something like this I'd charge $100. My base rate is $40 for a fully detailed digi-painting, background included, but for extra characters on something like this would be +$30 per character due to complexity. Here's a price sheet and an example of a full digital painting + link to my gallery.

Price-wise, for three characters fully illustrated, with a detailed background I'd say $300. However, since I don't have any recent examples of full illustrations, I'd be fine with $250. This includes a series of thumbnail sketches to explore what you're looking for, along with color testing on one-two of the thumbnails that you chose.
Only thing I would like to say ahead of time is, I probably will not be able to start on this until the beginning of next month (July 1st-4th). Other than that, I'd be able to finish this within the month, ahead of your anniversary.

For 3 characters of which the complexity im not entirely sure, with a full and detailed background and shaded, and a time limit, I can give a rough estimate of about 170$-190$ depending if the Khajit characters have complex markings or not. Please shoot me a PM on FA if you want to talk more :)

Depending on the more exact details, I'd quote it as $150-200; higher end for a more detailed background--think clutter, designs, specific areas, trees, etc--plus the full-size file (appropriate for printing at a high dpi). Lower end for more atmospheric background with fewer specific details; like a wall, or the texture of a tent, some rugs or pillows or clothes; and good-size files for display but not print-quality.
