We have a very similar drink in the UK called 'Dandelion and Burdock', you should try it.

Anyway. Last meal I had was... er... oh yes! Sweet chilli salmon and hash browns! My own recipe. And by 'recipe' I mean 'throw a bunch of random spices into a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, then squeeze in some sweet chilli sauce'. It was mostly bouillon.
