Bad Commissioners???

SO before I completely lose my shit here, is it proper to post publicly about a person who is a bad commissioner, as in, incredibly demanding, refusing payment, request change after change after change, etc....

Or is there some list of do not accept commissions from these guys/gals?

I am just ever so frustrated with a recent commission of writing I did and I want to let my writing friends know that this guy is bad news do not accept commissions from them, they will make you sad. What is the proper way to do this?

Artists Beware on LiveJournal (may also exist on other platforms, IDK) is a pretty decent community for warnings about commissioners/providers; they serve both sides, though I do not offhand know if they also allow for writing.

FA, whether mainsite or forums, is not the place for any public bewares of the sort.
