Banned/suspended account and conversation.

Nyeh heh heh heh heh heh...
It bothers me, so I decided to post this.
Normally you can't start conversation with banned people.
But there may be a case when you start a conversation with someone, and after, their account gets banned/suspended.
And so, in this case, what can they do? Do they see the conversation? Can they reply?
