Hey, i'm think of making a fursuit for myself and wanted to start with the head, honestly I've not done anything like this so i'm a bit "Meh" over my own confidence, I've found a good sloid beak tutorial that i think i should be able to follow. my question is, if anyone knows of a good tutorial for foaming, furing and well... everthing else. or if anyone has some tips to bare in mind that would be appreciated too, thanks!

I'd take long fur and cut it into triangles or feather shapes in layers. I've seen it done before, and it shouldn't be too hard to achieve. I'll go look for a tutorial.
