This is exactly my situation! I can't exactly go to petsmart, since I don't have pet, and that would be unusual. I made this one collar at collarfactory and it looks so cool, but I don't know what my parents would say.

To the OP: you might want to measure your neck size first. this is what i have done: take a ruler and a belt, and make a mark every 1 inch. then just tie it around your neck. (make sure you have the tightness you what too.) I THINK that would work, but maybe not.

i'm sure it's ok if you dont have a cat its ok, i dont have one xD and no one has asked anything and the collar fitted perfectly after a close friend of mine fixed it up =3 the bell is super awsome too ^^ jingles all the time.
