Change the "Account registration has been disabled" message

"New account registration has been temporarily suspended." obviously isn't clear enough since I see at least one thread a day on here with someone posting about it as if it's some technical problem that's only happening to them.

How about a message that clearly says registration has been intentionally disabled, similar to the one on the Commission Information page, and a link to this thread.

And an optional threat of violence to anyone who makes another thread about it.

I agree. Passive Voice doesn't do the message justice. It really needs to be phrased using Active Voice. And maybe a hint as to why it was disabled:

FA site staff have currently disabled registration in order to prevent abuse by spam-bots.
