Hiring: Character Designs [<100$ Budget]

Hello there! I am currently seeking several artists that are willing to create character designs that I have in mind (Note: This is independent of the former Character Design post I made previously). Details on the specifics of the characters will be released upon agreement between artists that I contract and myself.

Requirements: Able to draw bust or full-body males, need to be able to draw weapons, items, and clothing. No NSFW.

I cannot commission characters in bulk due to financial limits, so this will serve as a general thread to dump your examples and rates. I contact you when I am ready to commission. If you are not ready to commission, I will find another artist and contact you at a later date. An example of base character design is based on the file tagged. The budget is less than 100$ at the time of writing but can be expanded upon.

A clean fullbody sketch + color would be around $20, $30 would get you that + polished lineart, and $38 would be the whole package including shading!
