I will actually disagree with this, imo an adequate punishment is required.

in the grand scheme of things there are signifincantly worse things to do.

I'm sure the mods are working on this, and will evenutally get this under control like they have done the countless times a troll raid has happened. Wait a few h, don't access the site, and it will be resolved.

What a horror, it's just disgusting.

I know that there are algorithms for recognizing identical images, if someone tries to upload an image that is in the filter, he simply will not be able to do it
However, this is a temporary solution, gamma/color adjustments, etc. can bring down the algorithm.

Its okay to disagree, But in my opinion p#dos r#pists and m#rderers should get stripped of their rights, Locked up and perish slowly and painfully, I have my reasons to hate them that much.
Fuck em. But yeah ill just stay away from the site and hope this gets resolved, These troll raids just piss me off, Since they keep coming back and its happening a lot lately

Whats worse is the filters don't automatically catch them being even NSFW, so with the safesearch turned on even, you're still subjected to them.

I believe we do need a different system in place, that changes this a bit. (We NEED report buttons on accounts themselves. Not on submissions alone.)

It's pretty difficult to stop people with burner accounts from uploading disturbing images on a site that allows everyone to freely upload images I'm afraid :/ The only way to contain this is to have staff who take rapid action, but there's always going to be a delay especially if it's uploaded by multiple accounts.

There's actually a limit like this I believe but if your determined enough you can get around it (create accounts well in advance, upload some generic stuff, etc.)

Troll raids are an unfortunate part of the internet. It's one of those side effects that reasonably anonimity creates, people just doing disturbing shit to upset others. It's been like that since the dawn of time, and aside from severely restricting access to your website there's nothing that you really can do except delete people's accounts, delete the stuff they upload and wait till they lose interest.

Is it still happening? I've got notifications to check from the app that might be related to commissions I'm doing and I can't check them because opening the app immediately takes me to the front page, and I definitely do not want to see that.

I think it's stopped but I can't be sure. Hopefully whoever it is got bored and left.
