Christmas Gift Commission (150$ budget)

I'm looking to commission a piece to be used for an Xmas gift. It would include two characters, semi detailed background, full color/detailed characters, and I would like it be high resolution as I need to be able to print a 8 x 10 copy of it to have framed. I have additional reference art as well.

I will need to have the commission completed by mid-December in order to have printed and framed.

Note - The 150$ budget is a minimum, I can and will spend more depending on the quality of artwork.

Please comment with examples and further details can be discussed.

My Prices usually vary according to general complexity of the drawing: how many characters there are,if fullbody, if coloured or not, if there is a background or not, if traditional or digital. So, just tell me exactly which is your idea, and I'll do my best to make you happy!!

I don't know if this is still open but I'm interested! For two characters in a fully rendered scene, it would come to $75, and I always work with a very large canvas so high resolution would be no problem!
This is the sort of coloring style I use for those kinds of pictures (though lighting effects obviously vary by scene):
