Commenting Options

I'd like to have the ability to control who can comment on my submissions and Journals when I post them, so I thought having an option for comments

For example:

My FA >> User Settings >> Comments >> "Allow Comments From"

(Then a select option here)

- Everyone
- People You Watch
- Your Watcher's
- People you Watch and Your Watcher's.

This can go under or over Activity related.

or

Have this settings under

My FA >> Site Settings >> Comments >> "Allow Comments From"


Also a second thought:


Disable/Enable Shouts...

I'd like to remove "Shouts" from my page, I just don't need it on my page, also to prevents getting some toxic, hatred comments from users.

We've thought up a "buddy system" that'd cover that first point of yours, but yeah, exaggerated time frame goes here.

I saw disabling shouts brought up recently so I'll poke them about that again.
