i think it was (in fact i'm sure it was) Louis CK that said he doesn't masturbate anymore. He just "kneads it down 'til it goes away." About me spending a whole day naked. My parents and 3 little siblings were out of town that day so I had the whole house to myself, and it was on a Saturday so no school. And since I live in a rural area on a large plot of land with a lot of trees surrounding my house, it was very easy for me to get away with being nude the whole day.
I also spent 2/3rds of that day playing Super Smash Bros Wii U and Destiny on the PS4, and considering how sweaty I get when I play both of those games, being naked helped me to cool off while playing
