Yes now my furred, scaled, adn feathered brothers and sisters. Declare and claim your regions of absolute power over the lesser humanity. I myself declare from this day 2/20/07 the govenor and absolute ruler of the present day state of Ohio and more specifically the region of the Miami River Valley. Oppose me lesser furs and humanity and face my dragonic wrath.

Now my furry bretherin and sisters, where is your furry reign of terror?
