Yeah but I made this specifically for FFXI, not all MMOs
And I did check, and I saw that it was made in 2006
I figured it was dead and that this whole board is also almost dead
Also Persona 3 is emo but still fun
Persona 4 puts 3 to shame though

Well if you looked at the last post in that topic you'd realize it's still alive. Also, how is your comment on Persona related to this topic?


(P.S. I can't judge the two games cause I only own 3:FES atm)

I did look, but like I said, that topic is for MMO's in general, mine is for FFXI specifically.

i used to until i hit level 35 with my black mage and realized that i didn't want to wait around eight hours for a party that broke up within 45 minutes

I used to but after playing EQ2 I have little desire to return. Even if I wanted to the graphics are so harsh they hurt my eyes.

I used to play FFXI.

I have since found that staring at Mithra porn while sticking red-hot needles under my fingernails provides more or less the same effect, but in less time and with less money.

Squeenix hates you and wants you to grind in hell. This I believe, with all of my cold black flinty heartaru.

I play. Elvaan, MNK, level 69 (Oh yeeeeeeah~ ;D) and on Kujata server. Even though I'm an aussie, I heard everything happens on the American servers so...that's the one a friend recommended to me.

No intention to move as, well, I kinda need the support with how freakin expensive MNK gear is. As well as I wanna at least beat Maat first.

I do. I'm on Lakshmi. I have no reason or want to move as I've gotten everything a SMN could want, save for gil-sink relic/mystic weapons. I also laugh so hard at people who bitch about gaining levels. It seems so few of you played back in 2003, folks starting today have it disgustingly easy.

I agree, even though I started playing with ToAU. D: As far as I'm concerned, the grind for FFXI is still "notoriously difficult." *shrug* Whatever. If one can pull 10k+ EXP an hour off of East Ronfaure (S) Colibri, I don't call it hard.

Yay for bumping dead threads. I still play~ Gilgamesh server.

I'm with Kero on not getting why people complain about leveling...except for certain jobs, like black mage... which gets absolutely no invites at all. Still, you can solo now, and that wasn't known at all back when I leveled the job to 75. It's not as fast as partying for sure, but at least it's not really difficult.

I'm also a big leveling addict. ._. Maat's Cap etc., but I've played since not long after Japanese release. http://www.ffxiah.com/player.php?id=1183401

I compeltely agree with this, even their "different' games are the same. The bouncer was an exception because it used real time, but every square enix game i've played is the same... and progressively worse. The only three i've liekd are Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth, The Bouncer, and the first FF.
I don't accept kingdom hearts as square enix, but as the best disney game ever.

Not sure how you can say KH isn't really a square game. D: Didn't they both put quite a bit of work into it?

Its not that, i just hate square enix xD They should have stopped with the first final fantasy and gone somewhere else <_<
