So I've wanting to do something based around the Dragonball series, and use a villain character I've been developing for a bit more then a week. He's an anthro Dragon character, Sanarith the Ruthless he's called, he's a strong capable fighter who will do anything to get what he wants. I'm looking for people who are somewhat familiar with the general concept of Dragonball, you can use whatever kind of character you like, either canon races like Saiyans, Acrosians((Frieza's race)), Namekians, Majins, Humans ect, as well as common anthro races like Foxes Wolves Dragons ect, or something totally made up, your character, you do what you want!
