Hey all y'all! 
Wanna sketch on a whim?
That’s what I want this thread to be for.  You see, sometimes I want to just sit down and sketch or sometimes even properly draw somebody’s else’s character, but setting up a new thread on whichever forum I happen to be on for either free art, trades, or commissions is too much work.  I figured that a lot of people could benefit from a thread like this.
Here’s how it works:
You do not need to be Picasso.  This is not an elitist thread.  Have fun!  Just because 'good' artists contribute doesn't mean you shouldn't!  Come on, don't make me sad and say your art isn't good enough. ):
It’s a casual thread where you simply post a picture or text reference of a character… then the next person to post does the same, but takes on the responsibility of sketching/drawing something for the person above them.  If you honestly can’t get around to a drawing once and a while, that’s alright, but it’s not a request thread, so be sure to contribute!  If you make a new post, feel free to post a different character, mix it up!
NOTE: I know it may get confusing if people chat or post a lot... if you feel like somebody isn't getting drawn enough, or hasn't gotten drawn at all, do them instead of somebody who appears to have already been drawn a few times, if that's the case. :3
If your medium isn't the visual, you can try and mix it up.  Maybe write a little something, I don't know.  I don't feel good about excluding people unintentionally. XD
I guess we’ll see how it works.  Though these are the forums for an art site, it seems like this part’s a little slow. :3
A few requests I’d like to make:
-Please do not demand a certain pose or picture, or style… if this is to be fun and friendly, we can’t have people demanding colored couple pictures or anything. (On the same token, it's rude to demand changes to a free picture, so perhaps we could avoid that, yes?)
-Thank anybody who draws stuff for you.  They put time and effort into something free for you.
-Don’t demand art and then leave without doing anything.  You all have lives and get busy, but there’s a difference between that and being an ass.
-It doesn't have to be a masterpiece!  Everybody's welcome, even if you think you can't draw or something.  Don't think that posting requires you to do your absolute best work. X3
-Chill, be civil.  Art doesn’t have to be serious business. ;3

Clothing: Usually short-sleeved white dress shirt and cargo pants, or just T-shirts and pants, whatever. Never wears skirts or skimpy clothing, but will wear a "girl" shirt or "girl" pants on the rare occassion.
