Ow The Edge
"Terms of Service" said:Hi! I am more of a monster artist, but I can and will draw anthros/furries if asked. Please note that I am a SFW ARTIST, I do not draw pinups, porn, or anything smutty. PLEASE DO NOT email me about your NSFW art interests or anything that skirts the line between SFW and NSFW. I will turn it down.
If you have doubts that I am a clean artist and you think that maybe I do/would draw smut for you, look through my gallery and you will be proven thoroughly wrong.
What I WILL draw:
[*] SFW content
[*] Humans (your mileage may vary, please look through my gallery for the very rare instances I draw them.)
[*] MILD blood/gore
What I will NOT draw:
[*] NSFW content
[*] Overcomplicated characters
[*] Hate Art
[*] Full nudity
PLEASE CONTACT ME THROUGH EMAIL FOR A COMMISSION. I will not stress this enough, the note system of this site will eat your messages, and I may not get them. I will not do business through comments, if asked about a commission in the comments I will direct you to my email.
If you want to order a commission, please email me at Manticoress[at]hotmail.com
For any commissions under 100.00 USD, I require payment up front before starting work on a commission. For commissions over 100.00 USD, I ask that clients either pay half up front before work and half once the commission is completed; or we can negotiate a payment plan for the commission.
Clients have two options for how they can pay for commissions. I use both Paypal, and Square for accepting payments. Clients may choose between being billed through Square or through Paypal for their commission.
I do not negotiate the prices for my commission work. Each tier is set at a price based on a wage of 15.00 USD an hour. All of my prices are directly based on this wage and how long it takes for a commission of its corresponding tier to be completed.
After the commission has been negotiated, I will send the client an invoice for payment via paypal. I keep invoices to manage who has paid and who has not paid for a commission.
I prefer that a client gives their paypal address upfront after the commission has been agreed upon for billing.
In accordance with paypal’s terms, I ask that clients do not send me payments through Gifts, if a client sends their payment through Gifts in order to avoid the transaction fee, I will refund them and ask that they resend the payment through Goods and Services.
After the commission has been negotiated I will send an email invoice through Square. I keep invoices to manage who has paid and who has not paid for a commission.
Squares uses debit and credit card information for payment. I ask that clients please have a valid credit or debit card for use prior to purchase to avoid any complications.
I will not keep a client’s credit or debit card information on file unless requested. I will not use a client’s information for anything outside of billing for the requested commission. It does not serve me to steal a client’s credit or debit information, along with it going against my personal ethics.
I will NOT tolerate badgering, price haggling, abusive language or disrespect. I have the right to turn down a commission as I see fit. I will block those who repeatedly harass me even if I turn down a commission multiple times.
When discussing the commission, I ask that the commissioner have an exact idea of what they want to have drawn, along with the proper refs needed. Specific text descriptions are acceptable as well. Those who come to me without the aforementioned requirements risk getting something of my own interpretation that is not %100 accurate to what the commissioner wants. I am an artist, not a mind reader. Please keep this in mind when asking for a commission.
I do not mind if a commissioner wishes to check up on the progress of their commission, so long as it is not to the point of harassment. If there is an important deadline in mind for a commission, please include it when discussing the commission. I will be happy to meet it to the best of my abilities. In general, the time frame of the work required on a commission is directly equated to the price as price my work on an hourly wage.
I also may be working on another commission before yours, as I will take multiple commissions at a time. Please keep this in mind if you are further down in the que. If a delay greatly hampers my ability to meet a deadline or complete a commission, I will alert the commissioner to it via email.
WORKS IN PROGRESS
I do not stream commissions, if a commissioner wishes to see the progress on their commission, they are allowed to request a view of WIPs. Sketches and Sketch pages are exempt from being allowed WIP views.
Different Commission types allow different amounts of WIPs to be viewed. The amount scales with the price, skill, and time involved.
Commissioners may request the view of WIPs for the sake of review and editing. However, all requested edits and WIPs may only be made during the sketch phase. Once the image makes it to inks, no more wips may be requested
Ink commissions allow the commissioner to request up to 2 wip sketches to review and request edits. Cellshade commissions allow the commissioner to request up to 5 wips to review and request edits.
Refunds will be given if the commissioner feels that their artwork is not as they wanted. However, I will only give a full refund if they are unsatisfied during the sketch phase of a cellshade commission or higher commission tier. After that, the money refunded will be decreased accordingly, depending on how much I have put into the artwork.
Refunds are not offered for sketch commissions unless I am unable to complete the commission.
Commissioned images may be uploaded to my Furaffinity account, Deviantart, Weasyl, and/or Tumblr after being completed and sent to the commissioner, unless expressly asked otherwise by the commissioner for privacy.
I ask commissioners bring up whether they want their commission uploaded to any of the aforementioned sites during the discussion of the commission.
