Submission Problem: Error 500 when creating new submission

I am getting an error 500 when I try to create a new submission. I have tried this in two different browsers, and have tried deleting cookies and cached files in chrome -- but I get the same error.

I'm getting the same error I have tried re-sizing re-nameing re-freshing and nothing works :( getting really bummed about it.

I am having this error as well. will not accept ANYTHING! and I literally mean anything. browser doesnt matter. cleaning cookies or cache doesnt matter. changing filename and filetype doesnt matter. my file sizes are small so I know that isnt an issue. internet isnt an issue either. I hope you guys can get this fixed soon.

Yup now registration isn't the only fix, i wanted to point out that people can still submit music and text based items. Looks as if pictures are the only thing down. My thought is that its tied to the spam thing and is possibly being worked on. again just my thought. Some people are able to post take a gander at the newest post.

Mm, if it was spam related I'd think they'd just jam it into read only mode. I'm guessing the server software encountered a panic in image handling (malicious image maybe?)

Would be possible but a minority of members are able to get images through recently one went through. It must be software or the database is full, if that makes sense.

Submission error should be fixed now; our thumbnailer had a snitfit about a server software upgrade. Very sorry we didn't manage to catch and fix this immediately.

I'm not having any issues posting comments; if the problem persists could you please file a TT with pertinent information (where you're trying to comment, OS, browser, approximate length of your comment) and I'll forward it to the techs?
