Ever been afraid of sleeping?

I've been having bad dreams again. Last night I dreamt of being accused of a crime I didn't commit while tonight I dreamt of going berserk, completely insane and murdering several people. Again I felt that relief upon realization that it was just a nightmare. What the hell is going on

Jeez...very sorry you had to dream something like that. Can you think of anything that could've had part in spawning a dream like that?

I don't know man, it's very weird. I just can't understand why I'm having these dreams all of a sudden. Don't worry all that much though. It's just dreams, they can't affect me. They aren't any worse than a scary movie can be

Dude that sucks. It might be stress, though. When I get super stressed out I can have some either super intense dreams or some crazyass nightmares. If they end up bugging you too much and you aren't adverse to trying a slightly holistic approach, garnets on the bedpost or near the bed (or on your wrist if you aren't bothered by wearing something while sleeping) really help. Or they make you think they do, who knows. I know they work for me. If not, just try figuring out something to help you chill out before bed, like reading or something like that.
