Weird occurance with notes lately. Only showing the last 2 or 3 messages back and forth between customers. This is really throwing me off, as now I have to sift through several messages to compile information about my commissions, instead of it being in the single string of notes.
I don't think it's simply the commissioners deleting notes, as it's happened with about 5 of my regulars in a row. Is this a new feature, or something I can change somewhere? I can understand it from a "tidiness" point of view, but it's kind of tedious to juggle several customers and notes around now.
