FAM! PLS!

Spazzlez

Simply One Hell of a Pokemon Master
Now I know most of you are nice kind souls. However, it has come to my attention that there is some pretty sad sods in this fandom. These folks are what actually give this fandom a bad name. One of my friends in the fandom (who is 13 I tell you.) recently was chatting with another furry (who is MUCH older). Time came around and the other asked him for a real life picture of my friend. My friend complies and gives him a picture where he's wearing a pair of socks.

Why were the socks important? Well, if your mind hasn't concluded something perverted, then how the living hell are you in this fandom? The older other guy asked this kid friend of mine more photos of him wearing the socks, because the sick fuck had a thing for feet! Since then, I made sure my friend blocked him and reported the motherfucker.

Now I'm not discouraging older people from interacting with the younger furs or vice versa, if anything I'm encouraging everyone to report such suspicious activity whenever you find it. This is why our fanbase can't have nice things. So be an upstander and tell those pedos off.

Fam pls.

A person that young shouldn't be allowed to browse the internet in my opinion.
This is a good example why.

Yeah, it really has nothing to do with this specific fan culture at all.

It's a larger issue with the internet and subcultures in general, and quite possibly a lack of guidance on the parents' behalf.

At least in this case, a picture with socks is a lot less damaging that something else that could have happened.

I know a guy on Steam. He's 8 years old, plays TF2 60 hours a week, lives at his grand mother's and likes porn and hentai.
I wonder what he'll turn into when he's older.

Or the Republican presidential nominee. Lol politics

That, my dear Spazzlez, is called a 'fetish'. Not the strangest one out there, either. I think the first thing I learned about the internet is to avoid sending anything to people you don't know, and don't be serious about anything unless you're willing to let said thing sink to the bottom of the ocean and be scraped up by someone who likes that sort of thing in a strange way.
