Favorite Condiment?

This is sort of a random thread (hope it's in the right spot), but I have no idea what people like to eat on top of sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, etc!

I'll start off - my favorite condiment is dijon mustard.

Sweet. I put it on burgers and brisket sandwiches. Absolutely delicious.

Tzatziki: yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, mint, garlic, lemon juice, salt. Makes a gyro or falfel sammich heavenly.

I guess it depends on the sandwich, but if i'm too lazy to whip up something myself of can't think of good combos, my go-to is chipotle mayo because i'm trashy, I'll put it on most things. Funny thing is that i despise regular mayo.

Chili, mayo, mustard, wassabi, ketchup, BBQ sauce... it depends on what I'm eating
