Favorite season/holiday?

It's getting cold around here and I love it! PLEASE let there be more snow this winter (in Illinois), I want to go sledding and frolic in the snow! I LOVE WINTER.
My favorite holiday... hmmm... that's a tricky one. I love the seasons (even though I'm agnostic I find "Christmas" more of a "giving to those you love" holiday, and I do believe in something out there, just... not the God in the handmade bible. Let's not discuss this!) but I'd have to say Thanksgiving, even though it's a crock of shit, is my favorite, because I love food!

What's everyone elses?

I do like spring's whether, but here in Illinois we don't get much of it. Just about two weeks and then boom, humid ass heat for the summer. It doesn't help I live next to the Mississippi river, but I digress. I want to move...

Haha! Yes! I agree with the bottom statement.
I do like fall. The colors and feeling of the cold coming in is quite the sensation.

I doubt we're going to get much snow. With how warm things were last year and how late fall is coming around, I feel like it's going to be a mild one once again.

I love midwestern falls. So pretty and just the right temp. Not too hot, not unbearably cold. I can bust out my jackets and knee socks and boots. Fall is best.

Favorite holiday is probably Christmas. I find it to be just a great, loving time with family.

Winter! I get so pumped when the first snow comes, while the rest of my family just bitches about it. I love everything about it, including the cold. In fact, one of my favorite things to do is going outside during the worst, most brutal blizzards. You know, the kind that are so strong that one would think they'd be blown to the nearest galaxy and back the second they step out. Hell, I even love to shovel snow. It gives me time to think about stuff, and get some exercise at the same time! For me, winter symbolizes family and comfort. Nothing warms my soul more than a nice warm fire and fresh homemade cookies. Plus I get to wear my favorite clothes and show some style for once.

I could go on and on...

Im loving this autumn season where it's cool but not too col, where I can get my hoodie and beanie out and just enjoy being outside.

Something about the whether makes my emotions more vivid and reminds me of good times, like all my great outings have been during the cool season and I adore going out for walks on cool, dark nights

I'd have to say the autumn. Used to love winters and snow but that all changed when I got my driver's license. xD

my tired are getting pretty bald lol and I drive a 300m... its going to be like driving in a sled if I don't replace the tires before it snows

I gotta go with Ramjet on this one -- Spring is my favorite season, when the world is new and full of possibility and promise. Its like being young again -- after the long silence of monochrome winter, watching life bursting from the ground in bright pastel glory! ♡♡♡♡♡

For a few precious weeks the world is a riot of sound and color. It's like a metaphor of our own brief time in this wonderful world.
