Main Site Filtering YCH/Auctions from homepage

I think it would be beneficial for the site to filter YCH (your character here) and auctions from the homepage. They are not really art, more like announcements. I know people can just use journals, but journals don't seem to satisfy everyone.

The benefits of a filtered homepage are:
  • a more curated experience in favor of content and artwork
  • more people using the homepage
  • a better way to navigate art
  • a better representation of the site to newcomers (FA is not just a Fiverr)
For those who need to call attention to their sales pitch, I suggest a category in the browse just for this. All the commission requests, auctions, YCH and announcements can go there.
