Fur affinity not allowing New account registration?

Please forgive me if this is in the wrong place(new to the site) or the answer exists on another thread but, I cant register a new account on Fur affinity, the message I receive says

New account registration has been temporarily suspended.

Does anyone know why or when the suspension will be lifted?

I don't know it has been on for quite some time now.

It was that way for a while before, and they enabled them again. I'm not sure why.

They disabled it the other week, I don't know why. Just wait a few days.
