Cool - nice and simple.

Adding a date for the conventions might be great, but maybe hard to upkeep.

I thought about it and decided against it at least for now, primarily because as you suggest I'd have to update it pretty frequently to keep it current. For now I'll refer people to the Upcoming Events list on the front page of Wikifur. Hmmm, maybe I should add a link.
