I'm not posting this as porn, it's actually an offer. More of a request, really. Could some people stop crucifying, martyring, and frankly proselytizing a certain sacrificial lamb? If you're going to honor a person, honor them. You don't do that by emulating them. You don't do that by putting words in their mouths or forecasting their future for them. You don't sure don't do it by speaking on their behalf unless it's to tell that person to speak for themselves.
I drew this a long time ago because I had a story where a female werewolf, similar in character to Boudica (think of her as a kind of female, British Spartacus) is martyred and while she doesn't get her own version of Christianity later in the story, she does get a cult or to be part of a cult's pantheon anyway. If you need a fictional cult, fine, have her, she's just as good really, because you can say whatever you want and there isn't that sticking issue of there being a real, flesh and blood person attached to the narrative.
The only thing RedSavage died for was to live her own life as best as she could and to help another friend along the way. She died not putting meaning to death but putting meaning to her own life, and helping others lives have meaning. If that means something to you, live it first, preach it second. If it doesn't, then you have learned nothing.
