Hiring: Fursona reference sheet

Hey there!

I recently posted an idea for my fursona, and now I'm finally ready to get a reference sheet commissioned for it.
My fursona is a hybrid between a wolf and an owl.

I'm looking for a more realistic style artist (honestly, I'm just looking for a non-100% toony artist), who has experience drawing both avian species and wolves. I'm ready to spend up to $80, mostly because I only have a vague idea for the color scheme, markings, etc. which I know kinda makes the artist's life a bit difficult.
Also, this reference sheet is going to be used to make a fursuit in the future, so I'm looking for something at least somewhat maker-friendly.
