Have it so users (over a year) can flag content of new posters on FA

If enough people flag it literally makes it so their posts become hidden until a moderator sees it and either A. Ban hammers or B. Lifts the restriction.
Mainly as a precaution of what tends to happen with that group of people.

Incase someone posts indecent imagery in the wrong section or people who attempt to troll users by posting content unsuitable for viewing by any audience.

Not saying it's a bad idea, but there needs to be a system where it can't be drastically abused.
Trolls will make accounts and then just spam it on every new account that makes a post.

Reasons i was saying accounts over a year old can do it. However, then you could put a Karma system on those. If they timeout people and the people get banned afterwards = +1 point. However, if they do it to harass people = -1 point. If they go below -5 karma... Then they'd lose access to that feature permanently.

karma systems rapidly lead to abuse and general atrocious behaviour, not to mention sending places downhill

Look at reddit as a good example - a lot of places are supposed to be moderated via upvoting/downvoting which doesn't work properly. terrible, copy+paste content that shouldn't be on subreddits sticks, while stuff some people just dislike gets axed

That's why the karma system would be hidden. (and it would only get pointsif that person was banned)
Think of it just like a credit score for each person who uses that tool.
