When I met Zeke, she was not a furry. But when we became fast friends, and she saw me posting something somewhere dealing with trolls targeting furs on a site, she got interested.

Zeke then became a fur. It also looks like commissioning an anthro artist for art got them interested in the fur fandom and she is borderline becoming a fur.

Despite all the usual crazy shit going on in here I'd say that I've gotten some of my friends to more appreciate anthro art... If anything. I don't really try to convert anybody, though I joke around with my girlfriend about it.

It's a sort of game I play, where I go by peoples looks and personality and try to imagine what kind of anthro they'd be. I've gotten all of my friends into it. It's a game we play as people though. Not a crazed freaky furre horde.

... And we're surprisingly not fat, not social losers, and we go to college 2 get our smartz. My girlfriend is practically a "furry" now, and she's certainly not stupid enough to get involved with the retards that make up the majority of the fandom.

Because most people are highly influenced by others and lack the ability to choose for themselves recruitment into something like this is possible. However, from what I learned after nearly a week on this forum, it's morally wrong to recruit for something like this. It would probably be better if people found stuff like this on their own.

Comment on a piece of tremendously-drawn art with a "omg so hot i fapped to this like 10 times"? You're the problem. Over-inflated sense of "furry pride", and the need to let everyone know what obscure fandoms you're a part of? You're the problem. Posting unwanted furry porn in otherwise civilized parts of the internet and then getting indignant when they don't appreciate it? You're the fucking problem.
