I am an anthro artist currently strapped on the worst emotional roller coaster ever invented.
I've never been able to amass many watchers of my art, probably due to not actually drawing much fanart or more questionable material. Lack of proper feedback, apart from stray favs and "nice" comments, has made me reluctant to submit stuff to sites like dA/FA because it feels.. futile?

Hello and Welcome!
I feel your pain, my friend. It can be difficult. The best advice I can give is to be active and visible in the community. Get your name and your art out there in front of people.

Most importantly: Don't Give Up!

Same here :/
I do think that lack of adult or fan themed artwork does make an account more unique. Being an artist is about self-expression, not jumping onto bandwagons. What's your FA account?? I'd love to see some of your art!

Just search for se05239 and you'll find it. Ironically my older shit appears first.

Hey there! Nice avi! Yeah, it can be hard to get noticed, but keep trying. Me, I write, and that seems to make it even harder, as it takes time to read, so ya don't don't get many comments.

So I hear ya...it can be easy, to wanna give up, but keep at it, and even if you make just a handful of very meaningful connections, it can all seem worth it.
