Holiday Season

Hey everybody, I just wanted to say Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, or what ever you want to cal this time of year ^_^


If your alone this holiday season, such as myself, I recommend getting with a group of buddies and going out somewhere, to eat or just grilling out. If you dont have a group of friends to celebrate with this year then I hope you have the great of Christmas, Holidays, or what ever you want to call this time of year and just know that someone out there cares about you :3

I spend my Christmas cold and alone like I have for the past 10 years. My family fucking hates me and my very existence. At this point, I just want to feel loved, even if it's completely fake..

Lol, nah. Going to my dad's this Christmas. Gonna eat all kinds of shit and talk. Perhaps bring out Cards Against Humanity or Exploding Kittens or something, which I bought them last Christmas.

Now that I'm old and have a job, I can buy whatever shit I want anytime.

Now I dread Christmas because I'm obliged to buy my relatives/friends gifts.

Didn't get to, due to religious reasons, celebrate christmas when I was younger, so I'll be celebrating like hell this year. Usually end up meeting up with my partner's relatives, but this year we get to spend christmas alone which I am really looking forward to. Hoping for a certain present to be given!

Same here. Is gonna be a real hard time. I always get really depressed, and recall when I used to enjoy it, and had family and friends and celebrations...now, it just makes me feel poor, and lonely, for the most part. I try to just let it pass by and say: just another day.

And yet, it's hard to do that. I guess it's a day, sorta like my birthday, Jan 5, when I feel forgotten about? Ah, it's more than just that, would take a long time to explain, how and why this time of year is so depressing for me....

My first christmas away sucked mainly cause of the family and togetherness of it. I mean now its just any other day :v
I remember last year i had no idea it was christmas until one of my buddies told me merry christmas over FB messenger. I mean at the end of the day you can always get blackout drunk and wake up on the 26th

I haven't had a traditional Christmas since I was a child, and I don't miss it at all.
I hate typical Christmas dinner and being forced to spend time with people I don't care about.
