I may be quite a bit more angry than I allow myself to show.

How angry do you think you are? Would you say anger is an issue?

Personally I think I have an anger problem. Normally my emotions can be minor and fade quickly, and while this is often true for anger it isn't always.

Generally my anger builds slowly over a period of time, a small frustration adding to a pile of frustrations. Sometimes though, for the right trigger I can go from zero to one hundred and stay that way for a long time. Generally this is aggressive or hostile behaviour towards myself from another person, much worse if it's from a stranger.

One of the last times this happened, I was literally shaking with rage for a while. At least I'm not a violent person!

I'm psychotically happy all the time, to the point it disturbs others and counselling has been recommended. <giggle> I'm just the kind of guy who seeks out the positives in things and finds them!

@KD142000 I'm cool as a cucumber, by the way...... I don't know about others - on this Forum though; (as I can only speak for myself).
----------------------------------
And.... in all honesty - I don't know why there are some people on here - that insinuate that I'm angry on this Forum, all the time.... as - (most of the time) - I'm not.... at all.

And in some ways - their beliefs and insinuations (about me personally) can be rather amusing to me, sometimes. (So my answer to this thread - is a flat *zero*).
Do you have a problem with me or something?

That quote is from an entirely different thread and you put it here without any context.

To answer how angry I am, it depends on what's going on and how many people refuse to use logic or listen to reason.

I feel like this thread should maybe not be used for personal disputes.

I get more upset than angry. I get intense when threatened or teased without them joking around. Most of the time, I'm a sweetheart and you don't want to view my anger side.
