The short story is i was an asshole to a guy on here yesterday and i feel bad about it. I wanna apologize but he blocked me. Is there some way around i can use to get to him?

Go to his house, pull your pants down, bend over, and beg for his forgiveness.
do it publicly on this forum so it can erupt into a drama fire and become 500X worse than the original issue

If hes blocked you I don't really see how you can apologize without a middle man or if he happened to unblock you.
Also I'm terrible at apologizing, I usually just keep pleading for forgiveness over and over until they just want me to shut up and go away so...I wouldn't be much help anyway. I hope you figure it out though.

Well, let's see: I think the best way might be to see you if you can figure out somebody (or a few people) who knows them, explain that you wanna apologize, and have them pass the message along. Best I can come up with, there, hope it helps.
