I am surprised you draw in monochrome first; I paint directly in colour. I hadn't considered the approach you use- maybe I should try it.

I'm still trying to find a work flow that I like hehe, atm is making a monochrome color layer first, but so far, I had tried to paint directly in color and also I tried to make a black and white paint first and then color it. I still think there's something missing in the artworks, but not sure what XD
