I really need to finally get more art

And so a good friend of mine told me that instead of just watching journals like a hawk. That I should come on over to the forums, and see what I can find here. Basically, I'm looking to get more solo art of Garos as most of my art so far is all with my GF's character, and all I got for solo is my ref sheet. I have a few ideas as to what kind of poses and scenery I would love to be drawn, but I am picky about a few things. It's mostly muscles as I like people who can draw muscles well. I'm not talking those obscenely, bulging muscles that look like balloons ready to pop, but just characters with well done muscle definition. My ref sheet is a good example of what I mean, but because I'm not entirely sure if I can link it here in the forums or not(as it is kinda NSFW). I'll wait until I actually get talking to an artist privately before I show ya.

As for my price range, I'm giving myself a budget up to 250$ and will gladly pay upfront, half to begin and the rest of it once I get the full art, or even paying you once I get the art. However you want me to pay, and if it's any of the latter choices. I can promise you I won't skip out on payment as I know the pain of it, and I hate it when someone does it to me. For the art itself, anything ranging to SFW, mature, and NFSW are what I'm looking for, but all that can be discussed privately.
