I'm kind of turned off on being on furry sites...

I'd argue differently.

It's the weirdos who are often more interesting.

Normal people usually bore me.

I know what you mean. I won't lie, it's quite interesting to me sometimes. But ever had a conversation with someone just really crazy and it's like... really bizarre and fascinating at first, but then feel like it's going nowhere? That's kinda what I'm talking about.

Oh yeah, definitely.

It's fun to watch for a while but then my head starts spinning and I need to get the hell away.

I guess it depends on the person.

Then again, I'm not the type of person who wants to become friends with everyone I meet.

I like having a small group of really close friends and many acquaintances.

Oh dear- Talk about not really thinking before they talk... Or type.
I never really get this problem myself. I mean, maybe because I am recent to this fandom. But I keep my guard. I do not want people on my Skype conversing about such subjects.... Oof, it makes me shudder, it does.

I don't frequent any forums really, because people often get annoying, especially when you're trying to be nice to everyone! :( I look around here occasionally but the level of pretention in any online community makes me a bit sad
