So, the UN is proposing to do an official ban on underage art, and I'm concerned that your site's rule of saying that the character in question is 18 (or whatever it is) won't be good enough to avoid catching trouble under this proposed policy. My fain fear is that NSFW artwork of feminine-looking dudes will be stamped out or other negative repercussions for perfectly legitimate artwork of characters that are 18+.
And, uh... Do you think that the UN will ever propose to ban NSFW furry art, since I'm sure that most politicians will think that it's "zoophilia"? And what about BDSM? Don't the moral guardians think that's "dangerous"?

I honestly don't get how anthro porn is zoophilia. They look a lot like humans. Just going off of their logic, humans getting intimate with members of their own kind is bestiality. Anyone who says that only says it because they hate furries and honestly, I hope they don't have a child that gets into cartoon animals one day.
Feral porn is more understandable I guess, but for the most part they're technically still anthro because even if they don't have physical human characteristics, they still show mental ones.
Talking of which, being as furries (the characters, not the community members) are obviously inspired by humans, wouldn't that technically make humans the first furries? I just don't get what the fuss is either, to be honest. It's okay to watch Looney Tunes, but if you are a fan of something similar and/or draw something similar, you must want to sexually abuse animals somehow. Great logic you've got there, society.

I know that whole rant was pretty much off topic, but focusing on the main topic, I doubt femboy porn is going to be banned, so long as the characters are adults. In my opinion, the cub porn ban is justified because fictional children are still children, and people use the fact that they're fictional as a justification, but these same cub porn artists end up going after real children and justifying this kind of art is probably why so many of them do groom kids these days and try to normalize pedophilia. We have the infamous Jade who used art he explicitly stated as being lolicon to lure in real kids, and we have an artist on Inkbunny drawing porn of the underage fursonas of real kids. Sure, it doesn't always mean they'll act on them, but honestly, better safe than sorry.

The answer to your question: it's impossible to say. We would simply have to wait and see the final draft of the bill, how it would impact the site, what the language is, how it's worded. We simply can not make judgements or speculations based on "what ifs". Things are subject to change, and these bills evolve or die off all the time. Staff are probably not going to comment on anything that's not a law.

You make these threads quite regularly and the answer is always the same; no there is no prospect of your favourite femboy porn becoming illegal.
Okay, but what about furry femboy porn? Or kinky stuff?

Anthro porn is obviously not zoophilia, but do you really expect some grey-haired boomer lawmaker to know or even care?
USA, Japan, and Austria have already rejected the UN's definitions.
The UN also is incapable of enforcing such things, using instead social stigma among countries to enforce things.

In the United States, the only illustrated or CG art that's banned is stuff that's so realistic, it's close to impossible to differentiate it from real imagery.

Oh... But, I was just wondering if the site was already compliant to this proposed law.

Hello, Proto
Social stigma?
Yeah, the UN is a gathering of world leaders where they try to agree on things good for the planet, human rights, etc.
The UN itself has no direct power, however if countries do not conform to things the UN agrees on, other countries may see it as an affront and choose to make or change things like trade agreements.

Ah yes, another post about kinky stuff

You should already know what i think about that. And this time, its less likely to happen, i mean, look at Japan, like 60% of the hentai produced, has what looks a lot like a very underaged kid, but they just slap the word Loli and boom, its socially accepted and legal

Nax04

How you doing
Also, they wont ban furry anthro porn, the characters are pretty much humans, and what about sci-fi movies? There are anthro characters having relationships with each other or with other species and nobody cares, like Avatar, anthro cat-like bodies, lets show them having sex. Boom best selling movie ever

Which means that they'll do it, because money talks.

My main problem is that things get murky the closer they get to being full adults. I mean, how different does a 16 year old look to an 18 year old?

How come they don't care? I can't tell you how many times some asshat on Twitter called me a zoophile for being a furry....

Not necessarily. The USA and Japan hold the first and third highest GDP in the world respectively.
If money talks, then it's in everyone's best interest to stay on the good side of the US and Japan.

Its double moral, if its famous "avatar" its ok, if its a common person "us" its bad

True, well, actually a 16 year old most likely has a sexual life way more active than a 18 year old

Who cares what random asshats on Twitter say about furries? You aren't a zoophile, so you clearly know better than them. Ignore them and don't pay attention to a word they say. They'll get bored, eventually.

If this guy is causing you grief, block the asswipe. That's what the feature was invented for.

Why would some grey haired boomer care about something they know nothing about?

Doesn't matter what kind of porn it is, so long as it isn't underage or actual sexual abuse. Then it's a different story. Of course, stuff like that isn't right or moral.
No one cares about banning kink, which is why stores selling kinky things are allowed to do so in public. If people really cared, those would have been shut down, decades ago.

You make threads like this more often than I change my underwear. You really do need to realise that furry porn (kinky or not) will ever be banned. People who aren't into it AVOID IT. They don't go actively searching for furry porn, look at it, throw up and then call their government to ban it. It's not harmful, clearly.

Say what you like about most politicians being blind to what people want or need...but they at least have the brain cells to ignore stupid bills like this and just let people do whatever they like online. So, nothing will happen.

I dunno? I just thought that most normies thought that.
'Normal' people don't go around insulting or giving people grief. They have better things to do than point at furries (as an example) and shout 'Zoophiles' at them.
If they were normal, they'd sit at home, shut their mouths and get on with their day.

Whoever's been calling you a zoophile certainly isn't normal and shouldn't be listened to. If anything, they're letting the non-furry side down...and thus, wouldn't be welcomed by 'normies' or whatever.

I am curious to click the link in OP but don't want that sort of thing on my net history.

Who are the Prostasia foundation and why is it important to them to defend underage drawn porn?
Because they are probably closet pedophiles

I had a look at them, and couldn't figure out head or tail of it. They're ... an organisation, of some sort. Apparently sex positive and dedicated to child protection ...

I couldn't find anything definite but had alarm bells ringing all the way.

Normal folk know there's a difference between thinking Bugs bunny is handsome and wanting to have sex with a dog.

They say they're dedicated to protecting kids, but their twitter feed's most recent updates are all exclusively about promoting the rights of adults to consume fiction that has child sex in it.
