Itunes not opening or anything

I have Win 7, and use Itunes with my iphone 4G, and now, the program doesnt open when Iplug it in, so cannot add songs and pictures...just will not open at all. I searched on Google for some days now, trying nearly every possilbe solution....removing it, reinstalling it, repairing it, removing certain files, creating a new user on the computer and trying to open it, tried opening as safe mode, removing and installing older version, scanned for viruses, malware, spyware, and nothing opens the program....I am running out of things to do...and heck think there are other things I tried, just lost track of all what I did....and I know of others who posted the same problem.

If you don't like itunes, spare me the u"itunes is crap" I don't care for it a whole lot, but it works with my iphone so it's all I have...and it worked with no problems til one day it ceased doing that...and just figured it was the computer needing a reboot....which not the case.

I think RuneFox (whoo has helped me in the past,, just hoping I didnt spell his name wrong...if so, my appologies), but not sure if he knows much on the itunes...or if he uses it at all.

Thank you kindly...just wanted to log on and update my iphone files....just lately, having two program problems...and want to get one solved (the other is Final Fantasy XI and it not letting me on despite using the right passwords)

Again, thanks so very much and hope someone or some folks can figure out why it's not opening. And pardon my typos...just flustered and usually make more then usual and hoped I caught them all.

iTunes hahahaha.
Anyways, copy all your music to another folder and delete the entire itunes folder in My Music and DO NOT put the library xmls back.
If that doesn't help UNINSTALL itunes and all other Apple software, delete the itunes/apple folders from the program file directories and from your Appdata's Local and Roaming folders.
Then reinstall itunes.
Does it give any error when you open iTunes though? As in you use start menu to open it, EG : RUNTIME ERROR 45454545444565641456454564.
Also make sure you are using the x64 bit installer instead of the x86 one if you have x64 Windows.

ha ha...lol it up :D

I deleted the itunes folder in My Music, and the Apple programs I saw on the control panel plus the local and Roaming apple folders...and reinstalled...and it worked.

Thing is...I wasn't even getting an error message...I click to open and just wouldn't open...no error messages at all.

Thanks..can finally update my phone again :) Was so beside myself trying to find a solution, and tried everything I could find....thank you very much...much appreciated.

Glad to help even though I really hate Apple products and the bloatware that is iTunes.
