Japanese anime industry in trouble

So, will those Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese studios be able to pick up the slack and provide nerds with quality anime? It looks like globalization is bringing things to the point where the anime industry we're used to from Japan is never coming back to its former glory.

lots of anime sucks anyway.. like naruto.. and hellsing (which i only saw half an episode of but i don't really like it so far, so.. =P) oh and gurren lagann went downhill too, after the timeskip. AND THEN THERE'S POKEMON. >:C i love pokemon, like the games and stuff, but the anime and movies are just.. bleh. its the same thing in every episode, ash battles someone and wins. there's also the occasional struggle or loss, but then FRIENDSHIP PREVAILS YAY.

Jhoto was my favorite season/generation ^^ Hoenn was good too. Disliked Kanto & Sinohh. Orange Islands was great.

The only Anime I like immensely is Azu Manga Daioh, other than that I've found that the best stories from japan I've experienced are from Japanese graphic novels on the computer and video games in general. The only thing that sucks is that you have to play through them instead of sitting on your ass doing nothing as you watch it all unfold.
