An animal made to talk etc in a cartoon is furry, yet an "animal" puppet made to "talk" giving it human characteristics (technicaly making it anthro) is not furry?

I fail to see the logic.

Also not saying lamb chop is furry, cause I don't consider it to be, but I fail to see the logic in why some furries consider cartoons to be furry but not puppets.
